Description

Chili garlic noodles are a spicy and sweet delight. This simple dish is made with a soy-ginger peanut sauce seasoned with chili crisp then stir fried with your favorite pasta. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions for an additional crispy crunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound long pasta, such as spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons chili crisp + more for serving
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • Green onions
  • Sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package directions for al denté. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, drain and set aside.

  2. Heat butter and sesame oil, then add garlic until fragrant.

  3. Whisk in peanut butter, chili crisp and soy sauce.

  4. Return pasta to pan, stir fry until sauce has absorbed and noodles have browned slightly.

  5. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds
