Description

Pesto gnocchi is made of tender, dumpling style pasta smothered in a creamy basil pesto sauce. This one-pot dish can be a full meal on it’s own or served alongside your flavorful protein like pan seared chicken breast


Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ⅓ cup water
  • ¼ teaspoon coarse salt
  • 3 tablespoons heavy cream
  • 1 pound gnocchi
  • ¼ cup pesto sauce

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large skillet.
  2. Whisk in water, heavy cream and salt.
  3. Add gnocchi to pan, sauté until warmed through.
  4. Stir in pesto sauce until gnocchi is well coated in sauce.
