Ingredients you might need to pick up
- Smoked salmon – We used a cold smoked salmon which has a texture more similar to a raw salmon. As the smoked salmon simmers in the sauce it will become flaky. If you can only find a hot smoked salmon, that will work as well but you will want to break it into flakes before stirring it in.
- Capers
- Fresh dill
- Artichoke hearts
- Half and half – Heavy cream can be used if you prefer but we like to keep it as light as possible.
- White wine – We used dry white wine, try to avoid white wine with high sugar content to keep the flavor balanced well.
- Farfalle pasta
