These sriracha noodles are on fire. With a simple spicy sauce made from your favorite condiment, these easy, stir fried lo mein noodles are the quickest noodles around. Garnish with fresh cilantro and toasted sesame seeds for an extra pop of flavor.

- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 teaspoons ginger, minced
- ¼ cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha
- 1 10-ounce package lo mein egg noodles
- Sesame seeds, garnish
- Cilantro, garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk sauce ingredients until well combined. Set aside.
- Cook lo mein egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Reserve ½ cup cooking water and drain noodles.
- Return noodles to hot pan and stir fry with sauce, adding some cooking water if needed.
