How to make this teriyaki noodles recipe
Cook pasta. Cook pasta according to package directions to al denté, in a large pot with salted water. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, drain and set aside.
Sauté veggies. Heat cooking oil in the same pot and sauté carrots and green onions, until carrots are mostly tender. We left them with the slightest crunch and they were perfect.
Stir fry with sauce. Add sauce and return pasta to pot. Stir fry pasta with the sauce until it starts to become slightly golden. Garnish and serve.

Teriyaki noodles are wonderful for a quick, savory meal. They also make a great side dish to be served alongside your favorite protein, like this sesame crusted salmon or instead of rice with these chicken teriyaki bowls.
Teriyaki sauce is a sweet and tangy sauce made from a soy sauce seasoned with garlic, ginger and a sweetener (like honey or brown sugar). Some more traditional versions of teriyaki sauces contain more traditional ingredients such as sake or sweet rice wines.
