Description

These teriyaki noodles are coated in a savory, honey teriyaki sauce and stir fried with sweet, tender carrots and aromatic green onions for a simple and satisfying noodle fix.      


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound linguine noodles
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1 cup honey teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions to al denté. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat cooking oil and sauté green onions and carrots until carrots are tender.
  3. Return pasta to pan and stir in sauce until pasta is well coated.
  4. Stir fry until pasta and sauce has started to caramelize.
  5. Garnish and serve.
