Teriyaki Noodles

These teriyaki noodles are coated in a savory, honey teriyaki sauce and stir fried with sweet, tender carrots and aromatic green onions for a simple and satisfying noodle fix.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound linguine noodles
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup matchstick carrots
  • 1 cup honey teriyaki sauce

Instructions

  • Cook pasta according to package instructions to al denté. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water, drain and set aside.
  • Heat cooking oil and sauté green onions and carrots until carrots are tender.
  • Return pasta to pan and stir in sauce until pasta is well coated.
  • Stir fry until pasta and sauce has started to caramelize.
  • Garnish and serve.
